Description

Production Operative. Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. £13.40 per hour.

Operatives required to carry out production duties on long-term temporary assignments, working rotating 6-2/ 2-10 shifts within a busy and quality focused manufacturing environment.

Job Purpose

To operate automatic production lines and decant / load finished products, in a safe manner, ensuring the daily production schedules are met to meet customer demand, maintaining high quality standards in line with the final product specifications. Adhoc FLT duties.

Job knowledge, Skill & Experience

Experience of production line operations preferred but full training will be given.
Current / Refreshed Counter-Balance FLT licence preferred but not essential.
Good communications skills, being able to act on and give clear instructions, when applicable.
Good level of HSE awareness.
Good team working skills.
Be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to shift patterns and occasional overtime.
