THE COMPANY
One of the leading Professional Services firms within the UK is recruiting. This company have their HQ in North Staffordshire, providing excellent facilities and career opportunities for their local employees.

THE ROLE
The company is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their busy front of house team.

This role will involve dealing with all initial telephone enquiries into the business, answering all calls promptly and professionally in an engaging friendly manner, ensuring calls are passed to the correct department and dealt with in line with company policies and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An engaging, highly professional telephone manner and friendly communication skills
Ability to deal with the occasional difficult call in a calm and effective way, whilst demonstrating empathy and sensitivity
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
