Who for?


A multi-faceted events and communications agency, founded 10 years ago, and now serving a number of clients globally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, with 50 talent events and marketing professionals.

The business provides a full rangeof communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms.

Last year over 1,000 people worked on projects with us, covering strategy, creative concept writing,campaign development and execution in print, web, video, art and graphics.

The company is going through a significant expansion phase with a corporate rebrand and several new team members joining in the coming months.

The company is privately owned by thefounder who is the full time agency head. We have a young, energetic team based around the world.

As a Producer you will be leading specific projects and communications programs.


Our areas of specialism are:
- live events and leadership meetings (in-person and virtual)
- exhibitions including significant design, content development and innovative multimedia and technology components.
- digital content (websites, HTML, SharePoint sites, best practice training, internal training)

  • 360 brand campaigns
  • Marketing campaign development designing communication strategy and distilling information into narratives that create energy and action (recruitment campaigns, internal comms strategy, external creative, or content syndication)

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop content and manage creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
  • Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals
  • Design internal and external campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs
  • Liaise with internal studio teams such as; graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video postproduction
  • Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques to ensure that campaigns are creative and engagement preference driven
  • Research and understand key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments
  • Provide handson advertising and marketing support for assigned project teams
  • Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across communications channels
  • Identify and drive opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
  • Lead onsite and virtual events from planning to execution

Requirements and skills are:


  • At least three years' experience in an events and communications role as a producer with expertise in one or more of the specialty areas outlined learned through hands on practical experience across multiple projects. We value practical experience andan ability to demonstrate what you have learned in a methodical approach to new assignments.
  • Budget management
  • Client management with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both oral and written)
  • Project management with strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Strong, versatile copywriting skills
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advertising or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including; SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including; SalesForce, Veeva CRM, Cvent, SpotMe and Power Virtual Agents (desirable)
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable)

We work fast with large multi-disciplinary teams and a Producer needs to be in the middle of any project coordinatingprogress, resolving issues, planning resources, and motivating team members.

You need to be enthusiastic, determined, and able to maintain a calm and consistent approach to project delivery through to completion.
