Salary - Grade 3 - £26,582.98 to £29,367.12 per annum (On the appointment, salary is at the start of the pay band)

Location Glasgow and across West and South Bike for Good Hubs

The Volunteer Coordinator will lead on all aspects of the day-to-day administration and supervision of a large team of volunteers and their activities.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coordinating the daily activities of new and existing volunteers, keeping a database of volunteer information and skills, matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, and keeping volunteers informed and connected to wider Bike for Good developments and opportunities.

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring all volunteers have an active volunteer development plan.
