Workday Service Delivery Manager - Remote and/or hyrid working from USA.


FPSG are proud to represent our US based Client as they look to identify and hire a
Workday Service Delivery Manager, who can work remotely from anywhere Stateside.

There are also some options for basing yourself from offices on the East Coast in the New York, Massachusetts & New Jersey states, with a willingness to travelwhen required.

Details on travel will be agreed mutually once the role is defined around your experience and suitability for the role and flexibility shown to keep it as practical as possible.


Some of what you will be responsible for as the Workday Service Delivery Manager:

  • Coordinating all regular aspects of solution development, architecture and management processes. Working closely with all business stakeholders to meet goals within solution development to increase company productivity and revenue profitability.
  • Ensuring reduced risks to the client and company, you will be participating in solution business planning. You will also support with the preparation of financial models to ensure that client goals are met and all potential business opportunities are recognisedto their full potential. Being active in supporting client activities to eliminate any gaps or nuances in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits and messaging.
  • Overseeing use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community. You will be proactively engaged in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans.
  • Working with colleagues across crossfunctional teams and internal and external executive managements to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation, your input to business development will be vital and well valued.
  • Identifying business requirements and evaluating concepts such as market timing, compelling event and problem identification will be vital when helping to ensure that delivered solutions meet both short and long term company and client business performanceexpectations.

Guide to Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Workday HCM experience for at-least one modules like HCM core, time tracking, Absence
  • Certification in atleast one Workday HCM module
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Leadership as well as ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrable skills and experience from managing risks during product launches
  • Inspirational thinking and approach to problem solving we love creativity
  • Skills in planning, timemanagement and organization which are essential for balancing and prioritizing work
  • Strong personable skills to help with identifying, hiring, developing, mentoring, tackling disciplinary issues as well as rewarding employees appropriately
  • Positive and proactive approach to building and maintaining business networks
  • Ability and willingness to travel
