We are seeking an Associate Director with a Technology/ IT bias to join a reputable longstanding recruitment business in Bedfordshire.

The company have successfully maintained a healthy database of active and committed clients, who have become accustomedto their great delivery performance and are looking to bring onboard an accomplished recruitment Technology/ IT expert, who has an inept understanding of the market, skilled at planning, negotiation, leadership with an effective communication style to ensurestrategic developments are implemented with successful outcomes.

The right person will be a joining a strong team and will contribute to the creation of innovative processes, for greater efficiency, fine-tuning existing streamlined processes, training andmanaging team, recognising and rewarding great performances, to encourage greater employee commitment, with endeavours to build an even stronger work culture, ethos in line with company mission, to further establish their reputable brand.

You will be expected to take a "handson" approach, conducting interviews and bring on new clients as part of your Associate Directorship position, you will play an important role and be expected to lead by example, your natural flareand charismatic personality will show your tenacious and flexibility to cope with complex and demanding situations in professional manner.

The idea person will have experience within a similar leadership position regardless of job title from a recruitmentagency business or technology/IT Sales company.

The Role

  • You will develop and effective leadership aligned with company ethics
  • Provide data drive performance results
  • Develop high performing teams, with effective training, menoring and coaching techniques
  • Devise effective processes that will encourage and motivate team members
  • Increase growth and sales driven results
  • Contribute toward forecasting
  • Identify strategies to increase overall company performance and results

  • Managing financial budget
  • Be accountable and responsible for your work, instructions, team communication, and outcomes
The person

  • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership position or similar role
  • Qualification Graduate with CIPD desirable, however experience is more important
  • Strategic, Operational and Sales Management experience
  • Experience with Implementing target driven processes with measurable data
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, winning new business, development of longterm relationships, delivering on your promise, with integrity.
  • Great at motivating and encouraging other to bring out their best performance
  • Forward thinking and creative
  • You will have a demonstratable track record for high performance
  • An expert in Technology/ IT recruitment and job requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management
