Administrator - Brentford
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join an excellent school located in Brentford. You will be responsible for the school's reception service and provide a range of administrative support services. As an Administrator you will need to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the school. The role is fulltime, Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm.


In addition, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks within the school office and support the staff team at school and ideally have experience with SIMS.


The Role:


  • Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries
  • Basic admin duties such as answering calls, data entry, shredding of documents and liaising with parents
  • Prepare documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors as an Administrator
  • It is essential that you have a professional, courteous and respectful style of communication at all times

Requirements:


  • Available Immediately, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • You must have previous experience in a school setting or with children
  • Ideally have experience with SIMS
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Either live in Brentford or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
