Working with a young person with additional needs requires a special kind of person.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with SEN experience to work in small class groups or with individuals on a 1:1 basis.
If you have excellent communication skills, classroom management and the ability to inspire students and get them motivated, fascinated and excited about learning, then Selly Oak should be your next move.
Selly Oak is a unique place to work, the well-being and professional development of our staff is at the heart of everything we do.
30 hours per week are as follows: 8:50am - 3:10pm (4pm on a Wednesday) this includes 4 x 25-minute lunch breaks and 1 x 50 minute lunch break.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
