Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Children's Services Administrator to take a role in the provision of administrative, financial, information support and tasks that allow the service to function efficiently.
Duties of the role include:
- Providing full administrative support to the service
- Supporting workers in diary management, arranging venues, and coordinating meetings
- Acting as a key contact for all incoming enquiries, building relationships with young people, carers, families and other professional to handle issues effectively and with sensitivity and discretion
- Effectively using IT equipment and systems.
- Assisting social workers in the use of electronic client records systems, supporting professionals to ensure the accuracy of all data entered onto systems.
- Ensuring all incoming correspondence is dealt with effectively and within corporate standards.
- Taking accurate minutes at large, complex meetings, and transcribe and circulate them within agreed timescales
- Maintaining filing and record keeping systems, photocopy confidential material and assist in the preparation of case records as needed
- Any other duties as required
