Job Title:
Customer Service Operative (Car Dealership)

Salary:
Highly Competitive Salary + Bonus

Location:
Braddan, Isle of Man

Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday - 8.00am-6.00pm

Our client is the Isle of Man's premier car dealership and they are committed to offering the highest levels of product and service.


They are now actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Operative for their business development centre in their Braddan head office.


Job Purpose:


The Customer Service Operative will answer inbound calls from customers to make customer service bookings and make outbound calls to secure service bookings.


Job Duties:


  • Check and update existing customer information to produce an accurate database
  • Provide customers with product and service information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate departments
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Identify customer complaints and escalate
  • Answer live web chat

About You:


  • Strong IT Skills
  • Some previous experience in call centre or customer service environment preferred
  • Good data entry skills
  • Some knowledge / experience of administrative / clerical processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening and negotiation skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Organised and Adaptable
  • Team player
