Trainee Customer Service and Sales - City Centre, Birmingham, UK - FULL TIME ONLY
We are currently hiring for an
Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Representative role in our ever-growing team in Birmingham

We are a leading outsourced sales and marketing company. We represent some of the largest Telecommunications, Energy, Food Delivery and Charities in the UK. Our core responsibility is spread brand awareness and customer acquisitions in Birmingham area.

This is an Entry Level role

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Team based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top representatives.

Sales Representative Job Duties:

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Working within a team to execute marketing strategies.
Developing brand awareness for some of the UK's largest companies.
Providing high quality customer service.
Learning the fundamentals of running a business.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
