  • Provide outstanding customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues with a customerfocused approach and problemsolving skills.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to valued clients and gather feedback.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Happy to pick up the phone.
  • Outstanding problemsolving abilities.
  • Must be able to commute to the office in St Asaph.
