Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Happy to pick up the phone.
- Outstanding problemsolving abilities.
- Must be able to commute to the office in St Asaph.
