What will you be doing?


A new exciting opportunity has come available here at Vodafone, we are looking for a new Solution Architect (SA) to join our UK Business team.

The SA role is to be the Design Lead for the end-to-end technical solution and service integration for projectswithin an aligned customer deal.

The role will be responsible for working with the delivery teams and 3rd parties in order to design and document the solution to be delivered.


  • Ensuring designs meet requirements relating to Architecture, Legal/Regulatory, Data protection, and Security
  • Support and occasionally lead the external & Internal system interface
  • Provide technical assurance and support testing, implementation, integration and operational readiness activities
Who are we looking for?


At Vodafone we are looking for you to have experience of working with 3rd party vendors both on the technical and business level as well as knowledge of how services and operations work.


  • Strong understanding and experience of Telecommunications Networks (ideally 4G/LTE).
  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and experience of specific Network technologies, MPLS networks.
  • Strong understanding and experience of network integration to cloudbased platforms (ideally AWS).
  • Strong understanding and experience of cloudbased platforms, to included hosting and services (ideally AWS).
  • Good knowledge of IT Security standards and compliance requirements.
