Opportunities have become available within Customer Services, and we are seeking to recruit two Taxi Licensing Officers to work from Bootle One Stop Shop in Stanley Road Bootle - posts will be strictly office-based.


This role will primarily be responsible for:

  • Interviewing customers face to face
  • Ensuring all appropriate evidence checks are completed
  • Updating and maintaining the main taxi licensing core databases
Do you have strong customer service experience and are you comfortable and confident with managing a demanding and varied workload?
