Salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience
37.5hours per week

As a bookings administrator across our Manchester sites, you'll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You're also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

The role is based at Manchester Diagnostic Suite but there maybe a requirement to also attend our sister site called Manchester Institute of Health & Performance, approximately 3 miles away.

As a Bookings Administrator, you will:
Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships with our beneficiaries.

Answer the phone, deal with enquiries and booked appointments

Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Book patients using the Trust HIVE system and replicate this process into the Nuffield Health system (full training will be provided)

Support with new enquiries and convert using Sales Force system (experience using this system would be advantageous).
