Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant - £25k Basic - London

Their aim for their employees is to invest in them early on to build the foundations for their future careers.

Setting them up with top skills to become SIX FIGURE billers within 2 years, something they see happens regularly.

So what is needed from you as a Recruitment Consultant?

Have sales experience (at least 6 months)
OR University Degree 2:1 or higher
Proven sales ability (have you up sold on a bar? Did you sell sweets out your locker?)
Highly motivated and financially driven
Competitive, determined and resilient
Excellent communication skills

25k basic salary, with uncapped commission
50k+ 1st Year OTE
Extensive, inhouse mentoring and training
Quarterly holiday incentives (Amsterdam, Dubai, Skiing in Austria)
NOT KPI Driven
Sociable working atmosphere, with relaxed dress code and a variety of team events and societies (e.g. Football team, Netball team, Summer Olympics etc.)

What will you be doing on a daily basis as a Recruitment Consultant?
Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant.

On a day to day basis you will be doing the following:

Writing adverts
Negotiating terms of business and maintaining successful client relationships
Hitting and exceeding set targets
Earning commission and celebrating your success each month
