Filey (3 days office based 2 days WFH)
£24000basic salary
£28575 OTE moving up to£30100 once you have passed your probationperiod

Our client is a leading EstateAgency they have a very experienced team who have wealth ofexperience in the Property Industry and they have a very excitingopportunity for a Sales Progressor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationshipsand consistently provide exceptional client service
• Oversee the whole sales process (from reservation toexchange) for property transactions
• Update thecustomer on a regular basis to provide them withprogress
• Ensuring all legal documentation isobtained
• Liaise with all relevant parties thatare part of the transaction

Requirements:

• Provious Estate Agency experience within SalesProgression
• Tactful and articulate
• Strong customer service skills
• Analytical and methodical approach to problemsolving
• Highly motivated and resultsdriven
