We are looking for a number of Carpenter/Multi Traders to join our team.

A fast growing business, made up of committed, professional, genuine quality trades.

About us...

We are a small team of Carpenter/Multi Traders, carrying out multi trade remedials for some of the UK's leading new build developers across the Midlands region.

The average age of the team is 30-35 and what comes with that is a fun group of lads, very easy going and always looking to make the working day as enjoyable as possible.

That being said, you will need to show the same level of enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail to fit into place and be able to play your part.

Day In The Life

Travel to one or more locations throughout the East/West/North/Central Midlands.
8:30am Start Time
Competent in carrying out any of the below potential repairs to a high standard when called upon.

*Kitchen Fitting (Replacement Doors/Decor Ends/Plinths etc)

*Replacement Internal Doors & Frames including architraves & skirting.

*Replacement External Doors & Frames including decorative remedials and sealant works.

*Sealant Works (Jack Up & Re Seal Baths, Internal Floors, External Doors)

Replacement Tiles (Wall & Floor)
Plaster Patching (Filler patching ceiling cut outs following leaks, plasterboard joints)
Painting & Decorating (Walls & Ceilings including full prep work, gloss work, window boards, staircases)
4pm Finish Time

The Position

Self Employed Sub Contract Basis

Monday

Friday
Weekend Overtime Available at increased rates
Monthly Paid
Tax deducted from source through CIS Scheme
On the job training provided for areas you aren't as competent (All we ask is be honest if you aren't competent in completing a task to a high standard)
Company Work wear Provided
Fuel coverage for increased travel

What We Require From You

Own Van (Medium Size, Transit/Vivaro/Transporter etc)
Own hand & power tools
CIS Card

Advantageous

Pictures or proof of previous works carried out to demonstrate your working standard.

Advantageous

Previous experience working within a similar role.

We will consider apprentices recently or coming upto the end of their serving time.

Pay:
£190.00-£210.00 per day
