MEP Manager

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced MEP Manager for a growing main contractor to work on a £60m project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an MEP Manager to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, working on a 4 star hotel in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of M&E services, QA & Handover management, and site operations.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Review technical documentation and manage contractor submissions.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline and quality.
• Chair meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
• Implement QA/QC systems and ensure safety protocols.
• Manage resources and track progress.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant NVQ or HNC/Degree in engineering, SMSTS, CSCS
• Proven management experience with a tier 2 contractor or sub contractor
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Technical expertise in MEP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, and project management tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
