Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis for our client based in Glasgow City Centre.

This role is paying a salary of £27K and offers free on site parking for this office based role.

The vacancy for Purchase Ledger Assistant will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

The successful applicant will have experience within an Accounts environment and be able to demonstrate experience working within a team environment.

You will have a strong customer focus and ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.


Role:


  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Procedures / Journals
  • Posting journals
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Month end
  • Ad hoc duties

Skills and experience:


  • Purchase Ledger
  • Previous experience of using SAP would be preferred
  • IT proficient especially in excel
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
