Purpose of position


This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the fast paced and exciting digital marketing world.

Our Account Development Global Integration Consultant is responsible for the organisation and engagement of advertisers that are launching on the network.

These include both high profile brands and specialist sites.


You will act as the first point of contact for retailers on the Awin network, arranging for them to have calls with our integration specialist who will help 'teach them the ropes.' As an active member of the team you will focus on being responsive, enthusiastic and friendly in your retailer dealings.

Your main goal will be to ensure a swift transition between retailers signing a contract and beginning their Integration process.


Key Tasks

  • Support the launch of new retailer programs:
  • Engage new retailers as soon as they have signed a contract
  • Involved in client introductory specification calls
  • Communicating regularly with clients regarding both technical and marketing aspects of the launch process
  • Update internal systems to provide insights into the status of each integration
  • Shadow the Senior Integrations Executive to learn how launches work
  • Ensuring the entire process is completed within reasonable timeframes
  • Keep internal systems reporting updated regarding launches
  • Use your initiative to suggest process improvements
  • Work with the Account Development team to distribute new accounts across the department
  • Support in general administrative tasks across the department:
  • Provide sector specific summaries of retailer opportunities collated from Awin systems on a monthly basis.
  • Provide support to the team members and their assigned clients with daytoday duties, such as:
  • Daily Account checks
  • Data feed and commission administration
  • Weekly Reporting
  • Communication
  • Affiliate Recruitment
  • Program Analysis
  • Creative management
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively
  • Assist clients with support for ad hoc tasks and queries in an efficient manner
  • Attend industry events when required and network with clients
  • As a hardworking member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.

Skills & Expertise

  • Industry based:
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing
  • Appreciation for digital marketing
  • Previous administrative level experience, preferably within a customer facing online environment.
  • General work competency:
  • Enthusiasm and patience when dealing with retailers
  • Highly organized and superb attention to detail
  • Competency in all Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc. )
  • Professional and courteous manner
