Description
We are working with a global technology company who are at the forefront of building a new virtual universe.


They are looking for two senior and qualified company Secretary's who can provide 6 months (initially) of support to their permanent team.


This project will start in January and is working on a full time basis either hybrid working on fully remote.

They are looking for CoSec's with experience in APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NORAM.

Experience with diligent would be ideal as the client currently uses it at 40% of its capability.

The role will include high touch / Board engagement process / qrtly agenda / matters arising / Board decks / annual compliance.

You will work in the US - SOCScontrols / structure changes of legal entities / intragroup agreements / authorisation matrix / privacy aspect.

Any payments experience would be most helpful.
