Job Description Senior L&D Lead – Leading Talent Solutions Provider£55-65k plus bonus/benefits
London - Hybrid
They are looking to bring a Senior L&D Lead who will work closely alongside the Global Head of L&D to design and implement strategy, process, and performance metrics across the commercial divisions in their business.
As Senior L&D Lead, you will:
Design and implement a training strategy across the commercial division
Develop and implement career development frameworks, succession planning initiatives and talent management strategies.
Deliver training programmes to enhance the potential of consultants at all levels as well as coaching and mentoring managers and leaders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design training programmes.Collaborate with HR to help with inducting new employees and provided a comprehensive training programme.
Act as a trusted advisor to consultants across the commercial division.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments.
The successful candidate will be an ex-recruiter (ideally 360), with a minimum of 3 years in a L&D role within a recruitment business.
This person will have hands-on experience in programme and project management as well as leading L&D teams.A data and metrics focused individual who can lean on this to influence ROI.
Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
