We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our regional team as a Regional Team Leader.

Position Overview:

As a Regional Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the performance of the regional team.

You will provide support to the Regional Manager (RM) and Senior Business Manager (SBM), while also acting as a stepping stone into higher-level management roles.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the regional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with the RM and SBM to ensure efficient operations and achievement of regional targets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and exceed goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
  • Oversee the coordination of regional activities, including scheduling, documentation, and data management.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between the regional team and headquarters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the region.

Requirements:


  • Possess a company laptop (phone will not be provided).
  • Previous experience in management or leadership roles is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Confidence, an outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license and car.
