The Consultancy Group are currently partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing Market research company, based in central London looking for an Accounts Recievable profile


Eager to learn about their business and adaptable to change as you'll be facing with new challenges as the company continues to grow rapidly.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit customer invoices
  • Liaise with sales reps and account managers for relevant billing details
  • Maintain billing schedules
  • Monitor customer account details for delayed/nonpayments or any irregularities
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and correctly posted
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client's billing issues
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records
  • File and reconcile US Sales Tax for our US entity
  • Provide business information for clientvendor forms
  • Contribute to month end task and revenue reporting deadlines
  • Continuous work to develop and improve internal processes

Main requirement:

  • 45years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of VAT for purchases
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills at all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Confidence in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business One, preferable
  • Experience using an AR/automated invoicing system
