As a Family Lawyer within this esteemed practice, one will handle a diverse caseload, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and financial settlements. The role demands a compassionate approach to sensitive matters, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of legal support during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law.
Manage cases with diligence, from initial consultation to resolution.
Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and any legislative changes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
Proven experience in family law, with a track record of successful case management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive client matters.
