Rents Manager - Liverpool - £44,000 + Benefits and Hybrid working

Our client based in Liverpool is seeking a Rents Manager to oversee a small rents team.

The Role:

Managing a team of six, you will have overall responsibility for managing the annual rent review process, and manging the systems and process improvements relating to rent.

Key accountabilities:

Provide accurate and timely information to customers and leaseholders
Ensure compliance with the regulatory rent standard, and rent policy statement
Ensure efficient and effective rent control processes are in place
Ensure rent payments are posted accurately
Ensure rent notification letters are delivered to tenants
Keep up to date with changes in legislation
Oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with the month end timetable.
Ensure there are effective written procedures in place
Lead and coordinate the delivery of Finance Partnering Services

The Person:

A professional accounting qualification will be desirable but not essential.
Proven experience of working in a rents related role.
A natural ability to build strong business relationships internally and externally
