We are pleased to bring to market a new HNW role for a successful broking group who provide a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career.

It's an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future In line with these plans, they are now looking for an experienced HNW broking professional to join them to lead and develop their High Net Worth proposition.

Working under a leadership team of a very passionate and knowledgeable board of directors, there is a real team spirit here, with a fantastic customer centric ethos, and they are looking for someone who wants to add to this

You will be tasked with taking over a smallish book of HNW clients, and work on growing, building and maintaining this, by forming strong relationships with HNW clients.

This broker are very service led, and as such this role will be telephone based (they don't just send quote) so you must be used to speaking to and dealing with clients over the phone, but also required will be a large element of client facing work too, so you must be experienced dealing with clients face to face and comfortable in doing so.

You will be working on a wide range of risks, including Household, Farms and Estates, Jewellery, Motor, and Fine art, and will be tasked with proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients too, with this broker having a very large commercial bank of clients, there will be plenty of opportunities to do so.

You will also ideally have the Cert CII qualification or at the very least be keen to study towards this.

Salary on offer is £40-60k, depending on experience, plus bonus.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, however they offer flexi time, so you can work 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am to 6pm to suit.
