Job Advert:
As a flexible Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:
- Ensure that team members perform in line with required customer service performance metrics
- Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse customer feedback data
- Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
- Present recommendations for improvement
Additional requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years' previous team management experience
- PC literacy, fast typing and experience using appropriate software and systems
- Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate Agents and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
