Responsibilities:


  • Provide academic advice and guidance to students
  • Assist students in developing study skills and time management strategies
  • Work with students to identify and overcome academic challenges
  • Provide information about academic policies and procedures
  • Assist students in accessing resources and services, including tutoring and mental health support
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
  • Participate in student orientation and other campus events
  • Serve as a liaison between students and academic departments

Qualifications:


  • Experience working with students in a higher education setting
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, E14 9RH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
