Hybrid Working - 3 days per week at our London Portsoken Street office and 2 days from home


Do you have an eye for detail, experience with data and great communication skills? Would you like the opportunity to grow your skills and progress your career? We are seeking a Student Records Officer to play an important role in maintaining student records from the point of registration to the conferment of award.

You'll be working with a friendly, sociable team in a lovely modern office.


What you'll be doing


You will be a key member of the team, monitoring and processing changes to student records along with maintaining accurate records and responding to student queries.

You'll be monitoring student progress and reporting on interruptions of studies, transfers and withdrawals.

Creating and developing reports, you'll also assist with checking criteria for student entry requirements and auditing the validity of offers being made.

You'll also have the opportunity to assist other teams within University Central Administration and produce ID cards for students.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills, ideally gained within a higher education environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully multitask
