    Description
    In this role you will provide support to the Head of Pricing, International Casualty, and underwriters in the UK, Europe, and APAC for casualty pricing.
    International Casualty writes over $1.5bn of written premium globally, offering ample opportunities to engage in all aspects of this business unit.
    You will interact with Underwriting and Actuarial leadership teams through individual account pricing, quarterly business reviews, and annual business planning.


    DISCOVER your opportunity:

    • Ensure AXA XL excels in technical pricing and portfolio management.
    • Assist the Head of Pricing, International Casualty in enhancing the Pricing view of loss ratio.
    • Challenge Actuarial and UW leadership, Reserving, and Capital modeling.
    • Promote consistency in pricing and portfolio analysis across International Casualty.
    • Enhance efficiency in pricing processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and delivering core tasks such as planning and pricing metrics.
    • Provide training to underwriters on pricing matters and support pricing accounts, including portfolio deals.
    • Present results and metrics to support Finance Business Partners and Reserving.
    • Collect local UW data and analytics needs.
    • Leverage AXA XL capabilities like Risk Consulting and Strategic Analytics.
    • Collaborate with the wider casualty team and mentor junior team members.
