The role of the Fleet Administrator (FA) is important to us.
The FA assists in the administration and co-ordination of our fleet of motor vehicles, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.
We would love to welcome you to our Six Hills facility, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.Your responsibilities day to day will be
- Keeping our systems up to date (P11d's, all fields filled in etc)
- Once completed keeping the E2O order system up to date
- Defleeting vehicles of the system once collected
- Paying dart charges etc when branches ask us
- Make sure vehicles are moved to branch when we receive the New Vehicle Check Sheets.
- Be on hand if anyone needs help or questions on the team
- Ensuring Penalty Charge Notice's and invoices once scanned and filed correctly

- Ability to capture data, recording and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
