- Security, Intruder Alarm & CCTV (Installation & Commissioning)
- Data Infrastructure (Installation)
- A minimum of 10 years electrical installation experience is required (minimum 5-years in Testing & Inspection).
- BS 7671: 18th Edition Qualification (or equivalent qualification).
- BS : Inspection & Testing (or equivalent qualifications).
- Up to date Gold ECS card.
- Knowledge of (and adherence to) health and safety regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work away from home, throughout the UK.
- Up to date IPAF Certification
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Positive, self-motivated, and proactive individual.
- Well-organised and presentable.
- Ability to keep records by completing written job sheets, logbooks, and test certificates which detail both the progression and outcome of completed works.
- Good Time Management Skills - to ensure you work to the schedule timescales.
- Be readily available to support your colleagues where required.

Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer
Our Client are a nationwide electrical contractor that work throughout the commercial and industrial sectors, specialising in the automotive repair, retail, hospitality, and health care industries. They are actively looking for a Test & Inspection Engineer to join their growing team based in the Rossendale BB4 area.
Services:
Their teams carry out a range of commercial installations, from LED Lighting Installations through to Electrical Installation Condition Reports. A brief list of our services can be found below.
As a Test & Inspection Engineer, you will be expected to carry out various electrical maintenance, installation and testing works. Our projects will involve small and larger installations, and you will be expected to work as part of a team or on your own.
There is a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress within the company, in becoming a Qualified Supervisor (QS) under their NICEIC Approved Contractor Accreditation.
