- 8 BED MALE - High Dependency Rehabilitation Service with Complex and Enduring Mental Health Conditions
- 10 BED MALE - Acute Mental Health Unit
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for all service users during a 12-week assessment process from admission.
- Develop bespoke recovery pathway plans collaboratively with service users and occupational therapists.
- Provide both one-to-one and group therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Support the development and implementation of individual therapy timetables for service users.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent qualification).
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Significant experience in a clinical setting, ideally within secure or acute mental health units.
- Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
