Description

With the business in a strong place & supplying into a number of different manufacturing sectors you will be responsible for the continuing improvement of the business whilst managing direct reports in Production, Logistics & Maintenance as well as supporting HR & the Commercial team.

You will be a key ambassador for Quality, Health & safety, Your People, Cost & Delivery. Strong order book & a profitable business - so this represents a good opportunity.


Salary:
up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
Managing direct reports in Maintenance, Production, Transport as well as supporting Commercial & HR activity.
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering engagement and professional growth.
Help implement a culture of process improvement with your management team

Tangible record of Success in an Senior Management role within a Metals/Heavy Engineering Environment
Formal Qualification in NEBOSH/IOSH ideally or experience or driving HSE in a regulated environment
