The role
We are looking for a Finance Broker (known internally as an Account Executive - Marketplace)

The Marketplace team specifically represents what we see as the future of how we can 'build a better financial world' for SMEs in the UK.

Working in Sales, you will be working in a young, vibrant and ambitious team.

What will you be doing?

Building relationships, as you will be the 'go to' for both the client and the lender.

What we're looking for

Experience of working in a high volume sales environment
Motivated by success in numbers and driven to achieve your monthly targets
Able to easily connect with people and demonstrate natural interpersonal skills including teamwork
Organised and capable of managing your workload autonomously
Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
Keen to progress your sales career and ready to take on and implement feedback
