Purpose


As our financial services company continues to experience significant growth, we have created this new Sales Lead Generator role to support our expanding business.

Through the implementation of a successful growth strategy, we have established a strong presence in the market and amassed an excellent book of warm data.


To capitalise on these opportunities and further accelerate our business growth, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Lead Generator to engage with our existing and prospective clients.

We are ambitious in our goals and believe that through proactive outreach, building familiarity and relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities, we can continue to drive our business forward.

This new role plays a pivotal part in our growth strategy, ensuring that we effectively connect with our clients and generate new business opportunities to fuel our ambitious goals.

We expect that the Sales Lead Generator will become familiar and establish relationships with our clients to support the long term goals of the company.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Lead Generator to support our Marketing team.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Lead Generator will be to make multi-channel communications to both existing and new clients with the aim of scheduling meetings with our business development team.

Working within the Marketing team and closely with the Business Development team the Sales Lead Generator will communicate information about upcoming company events, conferences and our products and services as well as conducting robust follow ups to gather insight, feedback and identify potential opportunities.

Initial training will be provided at Frenkel House, 15 Carolina Way, Salford, M50 2ZY.


This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the Group and how we all connect to realise our opportunities for cross referrals.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and new clients to schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Utilise the training provided to effectively present our products and services to clients.
  • Engage in proactive conversations with clients to recognise and leverage opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all client interactions and results achieved using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure successful lead generation.
  • Continuously stay updated with the Company's products, services and industry knowledge.
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to the management on call results and customer insights.
  • Utilise our excellent book of warm data to make successful contacts.

Experience & skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Lead Generator or a similar role, preferably in the financial service industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone system is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to proactively engage clients in a confident and persuasive manner.
  • Goalorientated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
