Internal Sales Advisor / Sales Support - Bury St Edmunds


Iliffe Media is an independent family-owned company that publishes newspapers and magazines across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, the Midlands and Kent, it also hosts news websites across the same areas.


Due to our continued expansion, we are recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor/ Sales Support to join our successful Bury team.


The Role
You will be required to manage and develop customer accounts through the selling of multi-media advertising solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Selling print and online advertising solutions to businesses.
  • Maintaining and growing existing client accounts and developing new customers.
  • Developing strong customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records, sales forecast and activity reports on our CRM system

Experience required:


  • Good communication skills
  • Must be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual with a 'cando' attitude

Package:


  • Up to £21,000 Basic salary (Dependent on experience)
- £26,000 OTE

  • 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays
