BAM FM is recruiting a Static Multi Skilled M&E Engineer to join the team based at the QE2 Exhibition Centre, London.

You will be working
4 days on and 4 days off on a mix of
early & late shift patterns.
Overtime will also be available.

Your mission

To maintain full and safe operational functionality and presentation of all M&E services including a wide range of Plant, AHU's Pumps, Motors, Lighting, Pipework systems etc
Checking, cleaning, servicing, maintenance and recordkeeping to be consistently carried out to the standards set down by the Company in accordance with SFG20 and with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
The objective is to maximise equipment safety reliability, availability and presentation.
Also to carry out repairs within the scope of training and competence.
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
Being on call to provide the client with full out of hours cover.
Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time.
Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.
Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

Who are we looking for?

You must have relevant experience and a recognised qualification / apprenticeship in Electrical/ Mechanical field
Must have Mobile Engineer Experience within HVAC/M&E Services
Rota basis call out Experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
Strong customer care focus.
Good communication skills.
Proactive approach.
Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
Full UK Driving Licence
