Accounts Assistant - 6 months interim

About Our Client:

You will be working for a well established business who is in need of an extra pair of hands.


Duties Include:

  • Managing the accounts payable function (invoice processing, payments, expenses)
  • Managing the accounts receivable function (raising invoices, credit notes, billings)
  • Credit control
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have previous experience working within an all round accounts function essential
  • Be able to hit the ground running essential
  • Be able to work independently and as part of the team desirable
  • Have a strong attention to detail essential
  • Be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business essential
  • Be proactive and use their own imitative
