    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Works Co-ordinator to join our Field Operations Team based at either Hellaby or Brigg

    As a dedicated Works Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of achieving this, while always striving to keep our customers' power flowing.

    Your duties for this role include carrying out Resource Program Controller duties, responsible for programming work for industrial staff. Ensuring that they are effectively utilised, maximizing productivity & reducing distances travelled and undertaking SPOC duties within the region which ensures we assign staff effectively to incoming fault work, reporting to the Regional Resources Manager Industrial.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will:


    •Production of Short-Term Work Programmes for Industrial Staff


    •Liaise with dispatch acting as SPOC (single point of contact) to allocate appropriate staff to faults


    •Programme fleet vehicles for routine safety, servicing & maintenance schedules


    •Able to prioritize workload, make a decision & identify efficiency improvement opportunities


    •Provide KPIs and management reports that demonstrate the performance of the industrial resource


    •Good level of IT knowledge & skills


    •This role will also include other work co-ordinator activities, which could include site safety, quality of supply, revenue protection, as well as other work as work programmes require.

    Qualifications and Attributes

    Essential Qualifications and Experience


    •GSCE Maths and English


    •IT Literate with all Microsoft Office Tools

    Desirable Qualifications and Experience


    •ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering


    •ILM Level 3 or equivalent


    •Planning & organising work programmes and/or staff
