Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a receptionist to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home.

Heeley Bank offers care and nursing support for up to 64 people in a spacious, well-maintained home.

Based within a residential area of Sheffield S2, the nursing home benefits from good transport links to the surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position, working between the days of Monday and Friday. The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

Maintain accurate records line with Company policy and procedures
Prepare and issue reports as required
Process receipts of monies against Clients' accounts and maintain records
Maintain files and records for Clients and Staff in line with Company procedures and regulation
Provide administrative support to the Management and Administration team
Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries from Clients and visitors at Reception, and redirect enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
Welcome visitors to the nursing home

We are looking to speak with people who have experience within an administration or reception role, and who has previously worked with Microsoft packages as below
