Our Building Services team are looking for an Administrator to join the team at Walsall Manor Hospital.

The purpose of the role will be to work within the helpdesk team providing support services to the Senior Management Team and Estates Management Team, ensuring that all aspects of the helpdesk/administration function are undertaken in a professional and customer focused manner

You'll:

Ensure all contracts reporting and supporting evidence from the helpdesk is delivered in accordance with the Project Agreement.
Provide a comprehensive and efficient support team providing maintenance administrative services within the Walsall FS contract
Ensure the collation and dissemination of CAFM system/performance data including:
Assistance with the production of the data reports required for the FS monthly hard FM performance report.
Support to management team in closing tasks from engineers and sub contractors
Assistance with monitoring the payment mechanism and monthly failure report
Provision of statistical information as required by the management team
Collation of all CAFM data and paperwork

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills
Experience of working on a busy Helpdesk
