What we need from you as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • No experience necessary although exposure to customer service roles would be an advantage
  • Have excellent numeric and written skills
  • Have verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with customers and colleagues both verbally and written
  • Use your own initiative but also know when to seek support
  • Can prioritise workload and customer demands accordingly
  • Have a good cando attitude with active listening skills
  • Be friendly, proactive and ready for a challenge
  • Be dynamic and highly motivated and organised
  • Ability to use your skills to help build on retention rates
  • Use you skills to build on their ambitious business plans

What the role involves:


  • Delivering highquality customer service for their varied and growing customer base
  • Dealing daily with enquiries from customers relating to their motor, home and equine insurances
  • Liaising with underwriters to obtain terms and building lasting relationships
  • Being responsible for updating customer relationship management tools
  • Ensuring you meet the internal and external quality standards expected
  • Working with all areas of the business, to understand their varied demographic of customers and their different needs

Training:


  • Full training given for the necessary 'licensing' for the role. The training for this regulated role can be challenging at times. You will be given full support to ensure you can progress through it appropriately and have the confidence to move forward within the role
  • For initial training purposes, travel to their Warwick and/or Stratford offices may be required. This can be discussed at interview stage

Salary/Package:
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum


Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. No weekends. Open to part time or flexible hours within the opening hours. Ability to WFH as and when.
