    Description

    What will you be responsible for?

    • Collaborate with Contract and Account Managers to utilize appropriate systems and tools to oversee contractual compliance and ensure high-quality services for users
    • Identify compliance gaps and work with stakeholders to address issues and drive service improvement
    • Conduct visits to new service providers to ensure quality standards are met
    • Monitor issues, trends, and performance indicators to support management teams in case of provider issues
    • Ensure providers adhere to legislation and contract requirements

    About the ideal candidate

    • Education at A Level/NVQ Level 3, with proficiency in Maths and English
    • Strong knowledge of commissioning and contract management principles
    • Familiarity with policy, legislation, and guidelines in this field
    • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and make informed decisions
    • Proficiency in using information management systems and Microsoft Office
    • Experience in office administration and understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
    • Familiarity with financial procedures and data protection laws
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Continuous commitment to personal and professional development
