- Make efficient use of school assessment data regarding student attainment when shaping your future lesson plans.
- Establish high expectations for student behavior and classroom management to ensure effective teaching.

- Regularly set ambitious yet attainable targets for students, closely monitoring their progress and achievements.
- Continuously develop learning resources and activities, adapting materials to meet each child's individual needs.
- Carefully monitor individual student progress during SATs preparation, providing supportive guidance to help students meet or exceed their expectations.
- Foster effective, informative relationships with parents/guardians through shared knowledge among practitioners.
- Diligently assess and monitor classwork and homework, offering constructive feedback and setting targets for future progress.
- Collaborate and liaise with Teaching Assistants to ensure that the educational needs of specific students are met and their progress is monitored.

- Attend meetings, reviews, and training sessions in accordance with school policy.
- Full-time hours (Minimum 8:30 am – 3:30 pm)
