Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading law firm recruiting for Legal Biller for a 12 Month FTC based in their Glasgow office.

The ideal Legal Biller will be responsible for the following:

  • Raising of bills
  • Ensure bills are dispatched
  • Monitoring of the billing mailboxes and dealing with requests
  • Time and disbursement and writeoffs
  • Lawyer & PA liaison
  • Collaboration with other finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
  • Ensure compliance with VAT / local tax regulations
  • Provide cover for specific tasks
  • Production of monthly and quarterly client reports

The ideal Legal Biller will have the following:

  • Experience with billing fees or cost
  • Excellent team player
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Organised and methodical
