Basic Salary £30,000

OTE £36,000 -

Our client, a franchised commercial dealership, in Northampton have the requirement for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their Aftersales team.

Responsibilities:

As a Workshop Controller your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently
You will be expected to be able to calculate and manage the effective use of the workshop's resources
Monitor staff and workshop performances to maintain standards
Allocate work to workshop team based on mix of skills available
Resolve customer queries according to centre guidelines

Essential Requirements:

Previous Workshop Controller Experience or Level 3 Diagnostic Technician Certificate or Equivalent
Be a strong communicator to take a customer focused approach to their work
Have the skills to influence others to succeed
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration & Benefits:

Basic Salary £30,000
On Target Earnings £36,000
Great Benefits Package

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm
Saturday (1 in 3) 9am 1pm
