RM Recruit are delighted to be working in partnership with a terrific charity based in London who are on the lookout for a bright, well-experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a part-time basis working 18 hours per week on a temporary 3-month contract.

Our client is able to offer a flexible, remote working arrangement with the requirement to visit their office in London up to 3 times per month.

The responsibilities of the role consist of but are not limited to:

Processing payment runs
Resolve daytoday finance queries that may arise
Raise invoices on a regular and adhoc basis
Raising purchase orders
Processing invoices
To perform the endtoend processing of the Purchase Contracts system.
Manage the housekeeping of the ledger accounts
Bank reconciliation
Managing the aged creditors & aged debtors
Raising sales invoices
Credit control
Manage debtors to ensure payments are received on time
Manging card payments
Reconcile supplier statements
Provide daily support to the Finance Manager and Management Accountant
